All sales are final; except as expressly stated in this contract. 
Returns and/or refunds are accepted solely for items are defective and/or become damaged during transit, in which case BUYER may request a full refund or exchange for a same or lower-priced item from SELLER (Asian Improv Records). Digital downloads cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
